Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit amounting to 25% of the total hair service cost will be required when booking your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final total on the day of your service. Reschedule of appointment before 48 hours is allowed without any penalty. Cancellations or no shows result in 100% deposit forfeit.
